The Top Scholars Society of Bangladesh is dedicated to expanding diversity by encouraging participation from under-represented groups in order to create and promote a society in which learning and working in science is accessible to all. It is critical to assist early career researchers in enhancing research culture and diversity, as well as teaching the next generation of scientists. The Top Scholars Society of Bangladesh supports early career researchers in a variety of methods, including particular award schemes, scientific symposia, and open publishing norms that promote diversity. We Publishing encourages co-reviewing, in which an early career researcher collaborates with a more experienced researcher to develop peer review expertise, and offers seminars and webinars to help.
