TSSB human resource management is inclusive and guided by its TSSB Human Resource Policy 2021. The policy is included management structure and its function, associated with organizational core principles and values, standard compliance, and safeguarding protocol and well-being of all level staff. According to the policy, TSSB will work with Consultants/Advisors, Management Staff, Project-based Staff, and Temporary/Casual staff. The recruitment process is led by Director, HR, and Administration, and Senior Management Team (SMT) is responsible for hiring and management of Consultants/staff/volunteers and service staff. In 2021, TSSB has 48 staff for central offices, field operations, and casual services. TSSB has also external staff for security and janitorial services hired from other support service institutes.
